Does anyone have patterns for crocheting christmas bells? :santa I think they are so pretty, but have only found patterns that seem a little "cheap" looking. Are bells hard to make?:think

Sorry! of course you need more infor! I'm looking for 3d bells in thread or yarn. I want to use them for wreaths and gifts and all different sizes. thanks

Do you want thread or yarn? 3d or flat??

What size and where are you going to put them???

I reckon if I knew all of that I could invent something.:D

I've done a few 3d bells. I went to the craft store and bought a few of those styrofoam bells to act as a form.

Cover the styrofoam bell with plastic wrap, and use it as a form. When you dip your crocheted bell in the stiffener, then put it over the styrofoam bell and arrange it how you want it to dry. I've used those plastic T-pins that quilters use to help keep everything in place. Beware of using metal pins, because they can cause rust spots (trust me I found out the hard way).

Just my personal experience with making those but I hope it may help.
