Considering it's posted under "blogs" then under "buttons" it's a good guess that it's blogger buttons.

Please don't be intimidated, it's so much fun to put other bloggers buttons on your blog!!!

I know you can put one on yours, I learned how, by looking at how the other bloggers buttons & the blog addresss etc, were typed into the template, I KNOW you can do it:yes & that's the truth

I just tried to go to your blog, and the blogger notfound,
