a LYS at last!

i have been living in this new city for over a year now and i have been hard pressed to find a lys yet. i found a promising find in the yellow pages but it turned out to be a spinning shop, which is not quite what i was looking for. well i am glad to say i found a lys, and not even far from my house! it was closed for vacation but i peeked in the window and from what i saw i can't wait until they reopen tomorrow (tuesday). i will be he first one knocking down their door... i have a year of shopping to make up for!

Forgive me for being stupid--but what does LYS stand for? Obviously it's a yarn or hobby store, right?
