Good Morning!

Loveabe Libby is by far the sweetest fairy you will ever meet. She has a heart of gold! She is always watching out for the little ones.

Her favorite thing to do is frolic the forest with her 2 sisters, Beautiful Becca, and Angellic Addie.

This is the most challenging pattern I have designed so far!

The pattern consists of doll, dress hat, shoes, panties, and wings.

I am looking for 6 or so testers for Loveable Libby fairy.

here is some of the info,

General supplies:

Size F and G Crochet Hook

Small amounts of ww yarn, baby yarn, floss.

Tapestry needle for sewing

Fiberfill

Small buttons for eyes (optional)

4 White pipe cleaner for arms, legs, and wings

Spiral doll hair. Optional: You can also use yarn for hair

Small sewing snap. (metal or plastic)

Any embellishments you would like for wings

General terms

Sc-dec= single crochet decrease (decrease over 2 stitches)

Sc= single crochet

Hdc= half double crochet

Dc= double crochet

FO= finish off

Ch= chain

Slp stch=slip stitch

BLO = In Back Loops Only

YO = Yarn Over

Let me know if you are up for the challange!

So far all I have to say is holy ruffles batman!

I actually hope to get this done tonight.

It is a VERY full dress!!

The edging will seem to take forever due to all the ruffles.

Everything look ok so far?

with the dress- at the very beg. of the pattern the #s may be off. I kept coming out wrong although it didn't matter much... I may have just counted wrong... also it would be helpful if you re wrote "BLO" after skipping I didn't think it was that clear...

Page 4 - typo? "decreast" should be decrease?

So far I'm doing ok! I started on the very ruffly dress first :) I'm curious what type of yarn you used for the doll? I assume some type of flesh colored WW (Not listed in the beginning materials)

She emailed me to tell me used off white RH....that's what I used too and it looks good.

I'm done the doll and the main part of the dress. I'll get to work on the rest of it tomorrow morning.

Looks real cute so far though.

Well I am going out of town tomorrow and I wanted to have this finished before I left so I could bring it with me as a gift.

So Here it is!!!

I did the flower on the hat a little different and I added some jewels to the wings.... because I think a fairy needs a little sparkle.

Great pattern... I really enjoyed making it.

ding dang diddly, I think I missed out on this 1 and after I was just thinking this past week that I wanted to find a good fairy pattern. :( If you still need a tester tho, I'd LOVE LOVE LOVE to test it for you. (does puppy dog eyes)
