I live in OKC (NW area) and would love to meet others in my area! Any chance we could meet around here? I'm severely geographically challenged...:( but I'm usually free most any day. :) Contact me via PM or email if you'd like to get together sometime. Sure is nice to see so many Okies here!

I wish you guys closer it sounds like fun!

You could always ask the ones that are a little closer to you if they would like to meet up. Then find a centrally located area/library/whatever and make a time for everyone to show up. =)

They are fun!!

The closest members to me are over 60 miles away. I'm really way out, almost to the Texas panhandle. ;)

I am going to have to check out the tulsaokcrocheters group......I didn't know so many of you all were in my neck of the woods. i've been an okie all my life, just transplanted to other states a few times courtesy of the us military. I was born in Talequah, grew up in Locust Grove and Salina...... and now live in Tulsa. Now, Salina is one of those towns that you'd miss if you blinked on the way through.

UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!

It's all my fault..lol. I put down friday's date instead of saturday's. So the library is already booked for that Saturday.

BUTTTTT...... I've already talked to the Commander of the DAV in Claremore, and he said that as long as I clean up after everyone, we can use it again. :clap

So, it's back on!!!!

kookykatlady, your more than welcome to join us. I know where Salina is. I just moved from Pryor 4 yrs ago to Verdigris/Claremore.

DAV = Disabled American Veteran's

801 W. Dupont St.

right behind Pixley's Lumber. Can't miss it. There is a big tank sitting in front of it.

How many will show? Hard to say at this point. I know of a few from my group. Not sure if any from 'Ville will be there. Would love to have lots of people there from 'Ville.

Hi. I live north of Chelsea in the country with the cows. I grew-up in Tulsa, I have family there. And we have to shop in either Claremore or Vinita. So I'm always on the highway. I guess I'm a hooker on wheels.

Hooker on wheels :rofl I love it! I run an Oversize Escort business, so I spend many hours on the road too. :drive I live in Fargo, which is 15 miles W of Woodward. ( NW Corner) I am so glad to see others from OK here!
