Blackpurl, thank you! My niece lives in Krasnodar and loves it there. Are you on the mission there or are you a Russian? I looked in your blog and didn't quite get it. Is it possible that you are a Russian with such an incredible English?

 

I lived in Southern California for 17 years. And we have been in Krasnodar for about a year and a half. My blog is in English because my Russian is only a 14 months along!

 

Right now we are language students. When that is done my husband will begin teaching at a seminary in Krasnodar. We have purchased our apartment and are committed to being there for a minimum of 10 years.

 

I am currently at a keyborad that does not do Russian letters otherwise I would try to write you in Russian!

Hi Svetlana, My grandmother came from Hungary and her name was Sveda and boy, for a short name, it sure caused a lot of spelling problems :D
