Bearsgrammy Posted August 1, 2006 Kristie: I noticed the other day that someone wanting a pattern said they would rather have more imput from other designers, and of course, they have a right to that opinion, but I think you are so talented and exceptionally generous to post your wonderful patterns for us. I was looking for a sheep pattern for a long time, and this one is so darling. Everything you make is not only cute, but has a specialness that only imagination can bring. Thanks again for brightening all our days with these patterns. You know, some people have painful situations in their lives, and these little patterns go a long way to bringing a smile to people. Thanks again, I love them. It brightened my day. I love putting my patterns out there for people. I cant tell you how many little animals I have given out at Dr. offices. I go to quite a few specialist clinics. There are some really sick kids there. I always keep a few small animals in my purse to hand out. Thank you again for your kind note!

WhiteElephant Posted August 24, 2006 Okay, the loop stitch... its a pain but the best instuctional book that I have come across is the Crochet Stitch Bible. Its spectacular and i couldnt get that loop stitch till I bought that book. Look it up its sooooo helpful. Good luck! Tahna

RavenMaiden Posted July 27, 2009 I don't know if this has been mentioned before, but try using a broomstick lace hook to help with the loop stitch. I made the sheep that Delicious Crochet designed with a lot of loops and, with carpal tunnel, it hurt and that's what I did. My loops were more uniform too. Your sheep is cute too! Looks like his wool is growing back in after shearing!

crochetluver80 Posted November 21, 2012 Love this sheep! I am so happy to see that you have posted it on the Crochetville forum. I have been looking through google images most of the afternoon trying to find a free sheep pattern. I'd find a picture I liked but the pattern was not offered or was on etsy to buy. I'd like to use this pattern to make a sheep for my nativity set. Thank you so much for posting it!
