There's an annie's book w/those in them - it has the Mary Janes and the Cowboy boots too. I had the cowboy pattern in a Annie's Favorite Baby Patterns but just recently picked up the booklet that has the sneakers, mary janes, etc at Michaels for ~$5 before I used my 40% off coupon! Perhaps you can find it at Michaels?
