Question about Vanna's Crochet Club

Hey, I have a question about Vanna's crochet club that I'm sure someone out there can answer. Can anyone tell me how many total patterns were available through the club??? I'm trying to collect all of them, but I can't seem to find a complete list anywhere. Thanks!!!!

What does it mean to be in that club?????

I actually don't know much about the club itself - it's from way before when I started crocheting. What I do know is that it has a large binder with 9 sections of patterns. I'm assuming that members received a certain number of patterns every so often, gradually building their binder.

 

I've seen them on e-bay with anywhere from 40 to 256 patterns inside. I would love to have a complete list of all the patterns offered so I could work on completing my book, but the table of contents seems to have been updated with each shipment, so it only includes the patterns to that point.

 

Lots of the individual patterns are available for sale on e-bay, and that is how I bought my first one. A lot of the patterns are really nice, some are so-so, and some of the clothing is starting to look pretty dated, but overall it is a really nice set!

I have all of the patterns too. My binder is full. It was kind of funny because I remember when the last batch of patterns came....a note came with it, saying that this completed the pattern set in the binder.

Actually, 15 of the pages are called All about Crochet. 8 sections with 30 each and 1 (Afghan sampler) with 36.

can someone tell me how to join this club?I bought a vannas book with patterns in it a long time ago ,I never knew that there was a place to join to get other patterns ,id love to see what they look like before i join or whant to buy any ,thank you theresa:clap

You can't join the club any more. I'm not exactly sure when the club ran, but it was sometime in the mid-1990s. I get the patterns from ebay and amazon.
