Candle Wax...

Please help , I did not notice that my candle over spilled on to my doily last night and now I have this glob of wax on it ..Any ideas how to take it off.. ..I tried to pick it off, but not that easy ..

Providing you can iron the doily, you can use a warm iron and press it between pieces of blotting paper or kitchen paper towel, moving the paper each time the iron passes over it.

 

I did this when i spilled wax on my mums carpet and it seemed to do the trick

I have seen that method of ironing under blotting poaper as well....just keep moving the paper around and soak up more and more wax until it is all gone! .....Good luck:hug
