Hooked Bags by Margaret Hubert

Yesterday I bought Hooked Bags by Margaret Hubert. There are some yummy projects in here! Has anyone tried any of them? How did they turn out?

I got this a couple months ago. I made the "Very V Hobo Bag" on page 39.

I was pretty happy with the way it came out, even though I made some mistakes. I used the Lion cotton in a variegated blue (the name of the color escapes me.) I don't have digital pictures of it, it's the first non-scarf project I've made (I'm a newbie crocheter) and it's a tad wonky.

 

I found the instructions to be pretty straight forward and easy to follow.

 

I think I'll make the backpack on page 35 next. Or maybe the Tunisian Stripes Big Bag. There are many appealing projects in this book.

 

I hope you enjoy this book and I sure hope you post some feedback about it! I'm curious to know what some else thinks of it!
