Bumping this back up because I just started on one of these with deep purple flakes and a soft teal border..

Hi! I have this afghan in progress for my daughter and I made the snowflakes out of a bright pink and the background is a light olive green...sounds bizarre, but wow....really pretty. If I can hunt it out I will post a photo of it.

I'm about to start one of these out of baby yarn as a shower gift for my nephew and his wife. I learned what I did wrong the first time I made one, so this should be a lot easier.

 

It will be great to have company.

I have made alot of these as baby blankets. I just made the snowflakes in pastel colors and the rest in white. They came out very nice.

I just love this pattern.
