Hands & Pain

I just wanted to include that I have been having alot of trouble with hands and upper arms above elbow.........I have had to quit crocheting and it is driving me crazy, I love to crochet...............I tried different things but stopping is the only thing that helps.............I am going to give it a try this week to see what happens...................Faith

I just wanted to let you know how sorry I am to hear that you have been having this problem. Right now, I am typing with wrist-braces firmly in place. I too have in the past had to put down my needles, hooks and violin bow to give myself a break and try to recover. It is maddening!! I don't know about you, but I am one of those people who can't just "sit" and do nothing! I don't have any advice or solutions, but I do have sympathy and understanding for all of you (us) who struggle with pain in the hands, wrists, arms, etc.
