Safran Tank

My daughter needed a top to match her skirt for her 6th grade graduation, so I whipped up this tank, with a few changes to the pattern. I didn't have the necessary DK weight yarn, so I changed to an H hook and worsted weight yarn (Mondial Merino Plus & Reynolds Kitten) and used the smallest size. It came out a perfect fit for my size 16 daughter. I also added a little chain loop edging to the shoulders, to give them more coverage since it was a school function. I also ran out of the merino right at the end (at the front shoulders) so I did those in the kitten, and really like the way it turned out. WARNING: the pattern is badly written in places and requires alot of very careful reading and rereading (I think because it was translated), so if you choose to do it, just watch what you are doing, but once you have the pattern stitch, it goes fairly smoothly.
