I was looking for patterns for granny squares (can you believe I can't remember how to make one? ) and on one of them, I found the link to this: Hidden Ends Tutorial.

 

As I was looking at it, I was thinking that it could be used for a lot of things, not just Granny Squares (such as hats - which I've been making a LOT of lately).

Just thought I'd pass it along, in case somebody else out there might find it helpful too.
