I finally finished mine.

The pattern works up just fine! :)

After I finished him, I realize that I made a mistake in the back legs, but I think it looks ok.

I also had a heck of a time with the tail - I'm just not used to working that small and tight.

I really like the finished kitty though. My hubby saw me working on it when it looked like a cat fetus, and thought it was pathetic. When I finished, he asked if he can keep it 'cause it's so cute. :)

I love yours! The color is cheerful, and it has such a happy face!!!

I think the pattern is a hit! :)

All the kittys look great!

I am shooting for the end of the week to have the pattern available to everyone.

Here is the bear to go with the kitty.

I am in the middle of the bunny now.

I am not sure this looks like a bear though, The head kinda reminds me of a koala... I think I will find a fat brown or cream ribbon to tie on the neck.

Hey! I just noticed something. I must have totally messed up this pattern. I followed it (I thought). I know I made a minor mistake in the body and the back legs, but it's ok. I had a hell of a time with the tail, but...

look at the head on mine. My head spirals around from the nose. I attached the open space directly to the open space of the body.

Everyone elses heads spiral from the top. What did I do wrong?

But I didn't. The opening was in the back of the head so that the opening of the head lined up with the opening of the body.

It came out cute and I really like it, but I obviously did something odd.

I'm not saying you did anything wrong but my opening which I sewed closed (the pattern said to on the head) It's on the bottom of the head the part that sits on the table or ground.Maybe I'm the one that sewed it wrong :think

I should have been more specific!

You do indeed sew the head closed..with the hole sitting on the ground.

In this pattern I did not line up the head hole and body hole.

I will specify this in the pattern.

Here is the bunny,....hot off the hook.

I made this one sleeping. I am not real crazy about the eyes though.

I think I should have used floss as opposed to yarn.

No - I think you did it correctly because it looks like the original. That makes sense - if most people did the opening on the bottom - I did it on the back. No biggie. :)

I feel bad now I didn't mean to suggest you did anything wrong at all sorry :hug

Oops - I missed a whole bunch of posts! Don't be silly! I was the one that I did it wrong - and even if you had said it - that wouldn't have been insulting. The kitty did turn out cute despite my numerous errors! I just noticed that mine was different and wanted to figure out why. Believe me, I did not take any offense!!! :) All is well!
