Quick and Dirty Scrumble

I needed a picture for my new Squidoo freeform page, so I decided to run one up in a hurry. It came out kind of wavy because I didn't pay much attention to the increases, but I think I might start another bunch like it, and actually make something.

 

The only fancy stitch is the purple clusters. The rest is mostly single crochet, with some half double and double for height changes. I tend to concentrate more on color than on stitch variation.

I really like the simplicity of it. I keep checking out your squidoo page. I love finding out new things about free form, especially new inspiration.

Thanks, Drew. I usually work with more muted colors, but wanted something that would stand out in a very small pic. To tell the truth, I'm kind of conservative about color and really need to explore more.

 

Samantha, I'm delighted that you like the Squidoo page. Lots more goodies to come. I'm working on a recycled yarn page now, that I'll probably publish this week.
