For a second I thought it was this shrug

but I went back and took another look and they are different.

 

I have purchased a lot of Cindy Kamps designs and they work up really nicely! I'm not familiar with the one you posted, but it's really pretty, too!

It's a very cute looking shrug though. Wish there was a good pattern for it.

There's a thread on this shrug at Craftster.org - with some very good hints and helps about how to do the ripples. Also, on the web page for the pattern, don't forget to click on the "diagram" link and print it out as it is very helpful in visualizing the construction technique. I'm actually thinking of making this, but in all one color.
