Hello everyone,

I just joined your group a couple days ago .It looks like a friendly place to be . I was especially excited when I saw that you have crochet-alongs ! Oh Boy ! I have been hunting for one of these for a long time .

Anyhow, I have my pattern book on order and a closetful of yarn waiting . I hope to get started with you all on the 63 squares if I'm not too late . I tried them once before but got discouraged quickly when my squares were turning out all the wrong sizes. I think it'll help if I can go by you guy's posts as far as hook sizes .

A little about me- I am 46, from Ohio . Married 27 years, 3 grown kids , 5 ( and soon to be 6 ) grandbabies . I babysit one of them during weekdays so don't have a lot of time to be on here during those hours .

I taught myself to crochet from a library book when I was about 12 . I like making afghans and baby things the best .

Will be excited to meet you all !
