Hi! I'm new here, too

I've just discovered Crochetville and am excited to see everyone's projects and ideas. I recently retired so I could play, and have fallen in love with quilting, though I still love crocheting (and cross stitch and, and everything). We have three grandchildren in progress (twins and a single) so the crochet hooks, yarns and fabrics are coming out and the booties and blankets are starting. We've also just moved from northern Virginia to the Olympic Peninsula in the Pacific Northwest and are getting to know our way around out here.

Thanks everone, for the warm welcome! I've been doing a lot of quilting lately, but you all are getting me excited to get back to crocheting. I've recently learned that there is a really nice yarn shop here in town. I'm going to go take a look tomorrow and see how much trouble I can get into. I've joined Feet Need Socks and now need to get some great yarn.
