Hi everyone! These little guys are for a craft swap. My partner listed amigurumi critters as something she would like to receive, and also crocheted flowers.

These are the first amigurumi things I've done, and I got inspiration from here:

I just stared at them for a little bit, then got to work. I know I'm behind the times, but I've never had any reason to make one before! I love the monkey, but she listed cats as her favorite animal.

The teeny cat is 2 inches high and done all in one piece, and the big one is 6 inches high and I did his parts separately and sewed them together.

Thanks everyone! I want to try to make the tiny monkey on that amigurumi.jp page for myself.

I actually found the books for sale on Ebay, but they are pretty expensive, and really, those critters are nothing more than balls and tubes, and maybe a little shaping for ears.
