My name's Rose. I'm from rural East TN and on the verge of turning 24. I'm (happily) addicted to crochet and genealogy, with a bad habit of taking on too much of both!

I also have an interest in genealogy, and had fun trying to dig up my roots (at least until Ancestry.com made it so darned expensive to continue). I only got as far back as my great-grandparents on my father's side before I got stuck and started finding more questions than answers, but on my mother's side I was able to go back one more generation. It's been fun and some of my aunts were excited to see what I could find out about their grandfather.
