Snowflakes in C Ne 50 sewing thread

Last Christmas I gave away many snowflakes made with DMC Cebelia thread size 30. I show you my three favorite patterns - and everybody loved my little present. One lady asked me if my snowflake was made with sewing thread? My answer was: no it would be to tiny, but made me think that I should try to crochet some with my Guetermann C Ne 50 sewing thread. Here are the results    ....    and next Christmas will come!
