I dont have the pattern.  If its a free one on the internet you can post the link.  Otherwise you can type out a few rows and not be in violation of copyright.  We often need to see the previous row in order to help.   Make sure to type it out EXACTLY as written.

I found 3 vintage patterns with that number in a quick google, but they were not free, so we can't see the pattern to see what lines 1-4 said.  One was a blanket, one was a doily, another a shawl; I think they were Laura Wheeler mail-order patterns (odd to have the same number).  Didn't find that # at Antique Pattern library or Freevintagecrochet.com.
