Ok, so first off that tutorial is impressive and inspiring.  Granny Square, in defense of your lack of green thumb.. I have to tell you, my neighbor one day came over telling me I had to fix her plant because after watering it every week for a summer, it never grew.  Well after inspection, I told her it was plastic and I was not a bloody miracle worker. lol.  This was 20 years ago and we still laugh about that.  Don't give up on yourself. lol.

That's funny!  My DH is the green thumb of the family so he gets to care for the little green things outside.
