Hello All,

A novice at crochet, I wish to change the top colour of this jacket as it is the wrong weight. Is it possible to create the top and then add it to the blue section or do I have to crochet the entire thing again.

Would really appreciate any help

Regards

Annie

Welcome to Crochetville from the Gulf Coast of Florida.

Grab your yarn and hooks, put your feet up and sit a spell.

We are always so glad to meet new friends.

Its really going to be easier and faster to frog it and start over.  If you separate the blue from the multicolor you would need to capture each blue stitch otherwise its going to unravel.  If you were successful at capturing each stitch on a piece of yarn you are going to have to figure out how to attach the top to the live loops and maintain the proper twist.  It can be done like they show in the afghan repair here.
