Confused please help

I’ve been trying this for three hours. Please help!! I’m slightly confused by this pattern. 
 

Rnd 5: 3 ch, 1 dc in same st, [2 dc, 1 tr, 2 dc] in FLO of next st, 2 dc in next st, 11 dc, 2 dc in next st, [2 dc, 1 tr, 2 dc] in FLO of next st, 2 dc in next st, 11 dc. Fasten off with invisible join (see how to do this on next page). Weave in ends. 40 sts
Rnd 6: join MC in either unworked BL from rnd 4, 4 ch (counts as 1 tr), 5 tr in BLO of same st as join, miss [2 dc, 1 tr, 2 dc] in FL of same st,

 

so, on round 6, when I get to the “ miss (2Dc, 1tr, 2Dc) in FL of same stitch…. I’m stuck, because as round 5 days, I’ve used the front loop, I don’t understand where those stitches are supposed to go. Probably really confusing the way I’ve put this

I am thinking on this.  

First I want to point out that on rnd 6 it says to work in either unworked BL from rnd 4 not rnd 5.
