This the the Whistler Cowl.  I came up with the idea for the stitch by playing around with hook placement. I have a step-by-step crochet tutorial showing how to do the stitch and in the video I ask people if they know what the stitch is called as I couldn't possibly of created a new stitch?  More than 10,000 views later and no one has commented on the stitch so I named it the Whistler Stitch.
