Looking for patterns for Reborn dolls. Any suggestions?

I would think you'd start with seeing which baby doll patterns would fit the dolls.  I have no idea what size they are.  When it comes to baby dolls there are rarely specific patterns for X doll.  You generally hope to find a pattern that is close and adapt.

If you can start by telling us the general size of the doll we might be able to help you find some patterns that would fit.

This article correlates size of reborn dolls to infant clothes sizes.  You will find more patterns for infant clothes than patterns specific to the doll.
