You should really contact the designer especially if you purchased the pattern.

I did some research and found this

If this is the designer she has made up her own crochet abbreviations but at least she defines them.  Looks like she is trying to use the symbols used in charting crochet as her abbreviations.

If  BLO   2T   V,2(   11T,2TV) is from one of her patterns my guess is she means for you to work what is in (  ) twice

blo work back loop only

2T V work 2 half double crochet, single crochet increase would be 4 stitches

 (11T,2TV) work 11 half double crochet, 2 half double crochet increases would be 15 stitches but its

2(11T,2TV) so 30 stitches
