I need help finding this pattern's name!

Hello! I'm looking for this pattern's name for my Grandmother, this was a pattern that she took from a woman's scarf more than 20 years ago, I know it's a stretch, but I was hoping that someone might be able to identify this pattern and help my grandma  she forgot how to recreate the pattern and she needs help.

It's a crochet mesh stitch.  Put that in a search engine and you'll see many simple, basic mesh stitch links to explore.

Here's a basic one.  You can make it narrow or wide and whatever length preferred.  The one in photo looks like maybe a sport weight yarn.

I'm late to reply, as usual.  I'm pretty sure it is the Solomon's or Lover's Knit stitch.  Here is a video with a very clear picture of the finished pattern.  There are lots of scarf patterns using this stitch.  Your grandmother's stitches are a little shorter, but that's nothing to worry about!
