Hi crochet friends!

Question

I’ve been crocheting for years & thought I had come across all possible stitches, but apparently not.  My passion is for lace patterns using threads size 10 to 40.  So, the tiny stuff.  I’m working on a tablecloth that is advanced.  Can anyone tell me how to work this multi-part stitch?

Welcome to the 'ville!  And that is an odd one, and I've made several charted doilies.  It looks like it is a cluster of  (US terms) DTR, TR, DC, TR, DTR, with a SC picot at the top.  Unless, the + is the horizontal line that belongs to all of those stitches.  Does one of those ideas look reasonable from the pattern photo?
