Amigurumi-Jogless Joins in the round

Question

Does anyone have any experience/tips in creating a perfect join in the round please?
I have googled it, but not found a solution.

I’ve been told it’s normal to see the joins, but can’t help thinking that surely there’s a fool proof method 😊.

I'm sure there are better solutions out there, but eons ago I learned to start and end a color with a slip stitch, in other words the beginning and end of a row would be 2 slip stitches of the same color stacked on top of each other, not 2 SCs.  It's not perfect, but quite a bit less obvious than before.

This is the procedure I use for an "Invisible Join". There are many other videos online.
