Hi can any one can help me i dont know how to do this stitch 2ch(2ch counts as 1tr ) please

Its not a stitch.  It is telling you that here and throughout the pattern that when you start the row with 2 chains that those chains count as 1 tr unless otherwise noted.  I am assuming that itr is a typo.  I am also guessing its a UK pattern because a US tr row often starts with 3 or 4 chains.
