Hello, my name is Sheryl and I live in central Florida.  I've been a crocheter for over 30 years.  I taught myself from a "learn to crochet" book when I was 19.

I love all kinds of crochet.  Until about 10 years ago I only made flat pieces like scarves and blankets.  I didn't have the skill or confidence to make anything that would require more precision and the idea of sewing pieces together was really intimidating.  I could put granny squares together but the thought of sewing a sleeve onto a sweater?  No way.  

Then YouTube entered my life and I've learned and made a lot more.  Discovering how to work in-the-round changed everything.  

I'm currently in love with making amigurumi.  I've been using embroidery thread to make the cutest little finger puppets for my grand-niece.

I hope to be inspired or offer inspiration here.
