Cartoon sew on Bunny Eyes

Has anyone seen the exaggerated oval eyes that look some what cartoonist you often see on Easter Bunny toys to purchase for you making? I'll post a picture later to demonstrate what I mean. I need sew on ones for a puppet but I'd also be interested in safety eyes of I could find them for other projects.

Are you OK with embroidery?  I'm old school, I'd use felt and draw a pattern, a large white oval and a smaller black round or oval 'pupil' and cut out the pattern, pin to the felt, cut the pieces out, and sew on - blanket stitch is usually used for appliques like this.

I'm terrible at making eyes.  If I could find some of the sew on applique's that I remember my Mom using when I was a kid that were in eye formats I'd use those.  I'm trying to find something easy to sew on.

Would something like this work?  I also found these under "cartoon doll eyes".
