newbie can't read Granny Square pattern

Hi~  I am brand new here and have been reading so many terrific posts.  Seems like a good place

I randomly found a granny square that i thought looked cool http://monpetitviolon.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/Tutorial-Granny-Square-crochet-fabric-dress.pdf

I'm good with the bobble.  However I am lost "tr in next dc",

*ch2, 4-dc bobble in next ch-1 space, ch3, tr in next dc, ch3, 4- dc bobble in next ch-1 space, ch2, 4-dc bobble in next ch-1 space*

Welcome to the 'ville!

The top of the next dc may be a little bit covered up by the bobble made into the chain space before the dc, but it's the dc treble I've circled in the pattern's photo below

The circled stitch is the tr  (treble crochet).

Oops, thanks for spotting my typo (sorry for the confusion OP)-- the circled stitch is the treble into the double in the row below which is sort of hidden/tucked under the bobble.
