Welcome to the 'ville, but not meaning to be 'mean' but that would be against the law (it would be the same as translating a pattern from 1 language to the other, only the author has the right to approve that due to copyright laws).  We could help you interpret a detail, but not write out the whole pattern.

Also, the stitch diagram does not match the crocheted item shown; the center flower part looks similar but the rest is completely different--which your friend probably realized once she got past the flower.

What appealed to you about this design, was it the 4 petals which is a little unusual?  There are LOTS of motifs with flowers in the middle, here are a couple with a 4 petal center
