The jacket looks like it is just double crochet.  Looks like you add the sleves after the rest is done.  I am sure others will come in and maybe give you a better answer.

Agree, looks like US DC drop sleeve cropped cardigan - a drop sleeve is like a T-Shirt sleeve, the construction is super easy, just rectangles front and back and the sleeve is a trapezoid shape \_/ (imagine there is an edge across the top of that last one, can only draw so much with a keyboard)

The flowers are appliques sewn on later.  I'll see if I can some patterns that come close....

This could be easily adapted for the sweater, the body is dc, ch1, dc to get the openwork look but you could sub dc for the chain spaces easily enough, and stop short at the length you want. https://joyofmotioncrochet.com/new-beginnings-cardigan-free-crochet-pattern/   It comes in LOTS of sizes, and has a diagram, which is a good sign.

Back with flowers hopefully...

https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/spring-daisy-applique  It looks like the tips of the petals curl in, maybe to look more natural - it might depend on your stitch gauge if it does or not for you, but if it cups like that you could add a couple of stitches at the petal tip until it lies flat.
