Difficulties reading pattern instructions My Little Pony

Hello everyone ! I'm a beginner at crochet and I am trying to make a My Little Poney amigurumi. I have troubles reading pattern instructions, here's the first : 

 "sc 2 in next chain row end" : what does "next chain row end" means ? 

Your help would be unvaluable to me .

Below is part of your instruction to which I've added some colored dots to indicate where your pattern should have added a few more words for clarity.  The red dots are where it should have said 'turn', because you are working little rows back and forth.  The blue dot is where you will start to work down the side of the stitches, by turning your work 90° to the right.
