We have a member here, Darski, who has designed and posted bunches of adorable doll patterns, and I believe they are for that sized doll.

This is one of my favorite free sweater patterns.  Many of the sweater patterns that I use are out of print leaflets and thus I can't share but this is a free online pattern for a Mock Turtleneck Sweater found here.

I do shorten lots of dresses to make tops of all kinds long and short sleeves.  Sometimes they just work for the outfits I need.
