Hi! Need help again, don't think I will ever try this afghan again. I am on Rnd 5 of edging. I have counted the stitches for two sides and multiplied by two and I am goin to end up with 348 stitches. I am going to be short 300. Also when I am reading the directions, it seems as if I am skipping ch-3 spaces left and right. and when I look at the picture, it looks very condensed to me... and mine is sparse... what am I reading wrong/?

Hi Debbie, I made this yrs ago and have no desire to make it again so I feel your pain!  (It is gorgeous though!)   I didn't keep mine but I still have the pattern booklet.

can you post a photo of what you have so far?  

Did you have 162 chain3 spaces at the end of round 4?  

I don't see where round 5 says to skip chain spaces.

It doesn't say to skip chain spaces but when after you do 5 dc, and then dc in next cluster, you'd have to skip a 3 chain space.I hope these pictures help. The second pic is what I am talking about... 🙂
