Welcome to the 'ville!  Unfortunately such a pattern, if it existed, would probably violate copyright/licence laws and couldn't be posted or linked here without getting the site owners in legal trouble.

You could find a logo graphic on the 'net and run it through a program that will 'pixilate' it for you, it's OK to do something like this for your own use (edit, or a one-off for a friend), just not distribute blankets or the pattern.   Google 'convert picture to crochet graph' and a few free programs will come up.  You will have to clean up the edges where 1 color meets another, the logo is red and blue areas on a white background so the 'line' between red and  white for example will end up pixelated with some pink shades, you will have to decide which should be red and which white.

You'll also have to design that into a blanket by figuring out what your stitch gauge is, how many pixels the image ends up being, how big a blanket you want and figure how many stitches and rows that ends up being, to then figure how to plot the logo in the middle.
