I fell in love with this delicate stitch, but I have no idea what it is. Can anyone identify it?

It's very hard to see details in the photo , for me at least, but it looks like it's knitted.  Possibly double moss stitch https://www.thesprucecrafts.com/double-moss-stitch-2117086

I agree it looks knitted, but you can get a similar look with a crochet 'woven stitch', which is basically sc, ch1.  You'd get a nice knit-like drape and more open look if you do it in a finer yarn and a larger hook than you normally would for that yarn.
