Crochet Cat Square for a blanket/afghan

Looking for a cat square pattern.  I want to make a blanket/afghan as I love cats.  I do not care for the patterns that make a circular pattern and put ears on it.  I saw a pattern on Facebook but the person who did the pattern has never responded to me.  I am willing to also pay for the pattern.  If anyone has any crochet cat patterns can you email me.  Thank you....

How about this (free!) one? https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/cat-cross-stitch-motif-afghan  It has 2 online sources, you have to register to get the pattern (but they don't bug you with ads: these are legit sites, DRG publications/Annies Attic).  I think I'd do the cats in tapestry crochet or other color work versus cross stitch tho.

I just re-read your thread and had overlooked where you had asked for people to e-mail you patterns, that is against US copyright law (which governs this forum) and also against this forum's guidelines.  It is OK to post a link to a legitimately posted free pattern (I assume/hope these are, they aren't scanned) or to a site to purchase one.  Not trying to be unfriendly, just don't want the site owners to get into trouble.

Well darn, you jiggled my memory--I could have sworn there was a similar (but free) cat-face one on a major yarn co. site, but searching again I can't find it.  I'm remembering a baby blanket and I think it had cat, dog, maybe teddy bear face squares too.  

edit, I didn't think it was this one, I was thinking more baby-themed.  But, it's 'circles with ears' like the OP didnt want.

I just recently saw one, but I was looking for something else, so no idea where I saw it.  I ended up choosing a Mary Maxim pattern kit after satisfying myself that was my preference. 🙂  Sooo, many patterns available.  I vaguely remember a cat one in a magazine from years ago, maybe Crochet World.
