I'm not sure what these crochet abbreviations mean

I'm on round 6 of a jellyfish pattern but I'm so stuck on the abbreviation. It's:

2dc (2dcinc, 4dc) repeat around to last 3 sts, 2dcinc, 2dc

Any help to translate this in to English would be great 😅

dc in each of the next 2 stitches of previous round

2dc in next stitch, dc in next 4 stitches----- continue working in this sequence around until last 3 stitches

2dc in third to last stitch, dc in each of last two stitches
