Help with sleeves

Hi everyone!   

I’m still working away on this coat 😊 I’m a bit stuck on the sleeves (I’m a few days away from starting them).    I’ve included photos and I’m stuck when it’s telling me to increase.

"increase 1 stitch at each edge every 3rd row: 1 stitch 8 times"  -- All the info you need is there, it's just worded a little awkwardly.

I'm reading this as "(if you were re-starting the row count as row 1 from this point), increase 1 stitch at each edge on row 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, and 24".  If it doesn't say, it's typical to do an increase 1 stitch in from the edge.  If the increases are hard to spot, put a stitch marker at least in the first increase row on each side to keep your bearings.  So you will end up with 16 stitches more than when you started, over the next 24 rows.
