Question

I can usually figure out my way through a pattern but I am unsure on this one
I am making the beret on First Beret pattern by Red Heart https://www.redheart.com/files/patterns/pdf/LW2741.pdf
I have finished through Rnd 6 and have 30 3-dc crochet groups as described.
Rounds 7-10 are repeat Rnd 4. I wish it told me how many 3-dc groups there are in this row. Can I assume that it will remain steady at 30? I am working into row 6 which had two groups of 3-dc worked in every other space to make an increase.
