Help needed with pattern

Question

Hi,

I’m starting back up with crocheting and want to do this adorable elephant baby blanket but I cannot find help on the instructions for row 2 and what “wrong side” means here. Guidance is much appreciated. Cindy

With larger hook and A, ch 126.
Row 1 (wrong side): 2 dc in 3rd ch from hook, *skip 2 ch, (sc, 2 dc) in next ch; repeat from * to last 3 ch, skip 2 ch, sc in last ch; turn—124 sts.

When a pattern does this, I put a safety pin so it shows on the right side, so I know which side is which when the pattern mentions it later.  Does your pattern have raised stitches?  Example-it seems to me I've seen a pattern with an elephant 'made' with a puff or popcorn stitch outline, where you'd want to make the raised stitches on the 'right' side.

It seems the pattern is the same. The rest of the blanket goes like this

Row 2 (right side): Ch 2, 2 dc in first sc, *skip 2 dc, (sc, 2 dc) in next sc; repeat from * to last 3 sts, skip 2 dc, sc in top of ch-2; turn—124 sts.
Rows 3-60: Repeat Row 2. Do not turn at end of Row 60.

so I couldn’t decide if I had to flip it
