How do I sign up for swaps? Is that allowed here? I am a new member so any help will be appreciated

Swaps take a lot of organizing, postage costs can become too great, some swappers flake out.....they are actually a lot of work and participation dwindled over time.

I can see postage being an issue with the price of stamps being as they are.  Thank-you for letting us know and for the link.

The swaps I did were ones involving several different things in one swap, like some yarn chosen for the person, Along with some other small gifts.  One that was fun was local stuff, things made in your area or souvenir type things.  Anyway, you'd end up sending/receiving a pretty good size box so the postage increases were pretty noticeable.

Oh my gosh! That would add up the postage. The swaps that I've known about in the past were small things that were crocheted and  a theme. ie: Halloween themed crochet coasters, Christmas ornament, etc.
